Louisiana Pilot Car Service once trusted every company we would do business with. Unfortunately it only takes a few bad apples to spoil a bushel. Thanks to them, we have had to require a $75 Deposit be paid prior to departing to your pick up location and the balance paid before departure to the loads destination. This only pertains to new customers, or prior customers whom have any outstanding invoice over 90 days past due. In a case of the latter, the company will be required to pay any outstanding balance along with a 20% late payment fee prior to dispatch of any Pilot Car.
