To maintain the highest standards of business integrity, Louisiana Pilot Car Service now requires a $75 deposit from all new clients or those with invoices outstanding for more than 90 days. This deposit must be paid prior to dispatch to the pickup location, with the balance due before departure to the load’s destination. If any outstanding payments exist, a late fee of 20% will be applied, and settlement of these amounts will be required before any Pilot Car service can be provided.
